Yes. Approved helmets are provided for all passengers, and a full safety briefing is conducted before each experience.
Experiences proceed in most weather conditions. If conditions are deemed unsafe by Coastal Thunder Tours, alternative arrangements, rescheduling options or event-specific solutions will be discussed with the organiser.
We recommend booking as early as possible, particularly for larger events and peak periods. Early planning allows us to secure riders, motorcycles and any additional resources required for your event.

Due to the customised nature of our Corporate Harley Experiences, payment arrangements may vary depending on the size and scope of the event.
A 20% booking deposit is generally required to secure your reservation, with the balance payable no later than 14 days prior to the scheduled event. Alternative payment arrangements may be available for larger corporate activations and approved organisations.
More than 14 days before the event – Full refund of all monies paid.
14 days or less before the event – A cancellation fee equal to 20% of the booking value applies. The balance of any monies paid will be refunded.
